I cannot ask you to love, but I can ask you to refine your senses.
Spend seasons in nature.
Listen to the rain striking the leaves as it falls.
Listen to the birds singing at dawn and to the sounds that envelop the forest at dusk.
As the setting sun disappears behind the dark mountains, how many shades of green can you still perceive?
Tune your harp and listen to the vibration of those fishing lines as though they were strings.
I cannot ask you to understand me but I can ask you to let yourself be embraced, for everything I have created is for you—yet you refuse to see it.
Search no longer within yourself. Sharpen your senses and allow yourself to be cuddled and cradled.
I am the Anima Mundi, the Soul of the World, and whoever refuses to behold me shall have reason to fear me.

去大自然中度過四季，
聆聽雨滴落在樹葉上的低語，
聆聽黎明群鳥初醒的歌唱，
以及暮色降臨時，
整座森林緩緩甦醒的聲音。
當夕陽沉沒，
隱沒於幽深的山巒之後，
請問自己——
你還能辨認出多少種綠色？
調好你的豎琴，
傾聽釣魚線細微的顫動，
彷彿每一道震顫，

我無法要求你理解我，

向我敞開你的心。
因為我所創造的一切，
都是為了你；

你始終視而不見。
不要只是向內探尋，
也不要只在自己身上尋找答案。
打開你全身每一個細胞，
磨礪你的感官，
讓自己被世界溫柔地擁抱。
我是宇宙的生命，

凡是拒絕凝視我的人，
都無法真正認識我；
而真正看見我的人，

An artist living in Taitung since 2014 has exhibit intensively in the last 20 year in a museums and art galleries in different countries including Taiwan
As a foreigner who has lived in Taitung for over 13 years, I feel inspired by many events I had attended, especially those of the Amis tribe, where I live. These long events, lasting from early morning until night, have always been imbued with a very special harmony. The dancing, the music, the games, the human interactions, the humor and intelligence, the food, the drink, and the pinlan—these events, perhaps because I am a foreigner, both participant and observer, transcend the everyday and approach the sacred. And that's why my painting is influenced by it—values like a sense of belonging to a group, mutual respect, forgetting our troubles, and sharing the best of ourselves in that moment of encounter. These are some of the values I believe in, share, and represent through my work.
